DC Air Conditioner
The DC cabinet air conditioner primarily consists of a compressor, evaporator and condenser, condenser fan, evaporator fan, as well as various cooling components such as capillary tubes and filter-driers. During operation, the internal air of the cabinet circulates as the evaporator fan operates. Hot air from inside the cabinet is drawn in from the top by the evaporator fan, passes through the evaporator where it is cooled by the low-temperature evaporating refrigerant, and is then discharged from the lower outlet back into the cabinet to cool the electronic and electrical equipment. The low-temperature environmentally friendly refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs heat, is compressed by the compressor, and then discharged to the condenser for heat dissipation. In this way, the heat absorbed from inside the cabinet is expelled to the external environment via the condenser and condenser fan. The closed internal circulation effectively protects internal equipment from adverse environmental influences and regulates the internal cabinet environment with clean air.
The air conditioner is designed as a switching system. A multifunctional control board precisely controls the compressor's start and stop via a return air temperature sensor. When the air conditioner operates in automatic cooling mode, the condenser fan adjusts its speed based on the condensation temperature.
