AC Air Conditioner
The AC cabinet air conditioner primarily consists of a compressor, evaporator and condenser, condenser fan, evaporator fan, and auxiliary cooling components such as a capillary tube and filter drier. During operation, internal cabinet air circulates via the evaporator fan. Hot air inside the cabinet is drawn in from the top by the evaporator fan, cooled by low-temperature refrigerant flowing through the evaporator, and then delivered through the lower outlet to cool the heat-generating electronic equipment. The low-temperature refrigerant absorbs heat from the cabinet air, is compressed by the compressor, and releases heat through the condenser. The condenser and condenser fan then discharge the absorbed heat into the external environment. This closed-loop internal circulation effectively protects internal equipment from adverse environmental conditions while maintaining clean air within the cabinet.
The air conditioner is designed as a switching system, with a multifunction control board accurately regulating compressor start/stop based on return air temperature. During automatic cooling, the condenser fan adjusts its speed according to the condenser temperature.
