L10/L11 Vacuum-Based Quantitative Liquid Filling Equipment
The L10/L11 Vacuum-Based Quantitative Liquid Filling Equipment is designed for vacuum-assisted liquid filling of liquid-cooled servers (L10) and rack-level liquid-cooled systems (L11). It supports simultaneous filling of two server racks or two individual nodes. The system incorporates a pre-filling vacuum evacuation function and integrates sensors for pressure, turbidity, pH, and conductivity, along with a 25 µm precision filter. With a maximum flow rate of 12 L/min, it accommodates a wide range of filling requirements. The equipment features high efficiency, a compact integrated design, and high measurement accuracy.
The system is controlled by a Siemens PLC, allowing filling time and acceptance criteria to be flexibly configured according to the product type. It is equipped with a 7-inch display and a 12.1-inch LCD monitor for real-time monitoring of process parameters and result evaluation. The integrated computer is pre-installed with host software and communicates with client ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) programs via a standard RJ45 interface, using Modbus TCP/IP as the default communication protocol.
