L10 & L11 Flushing and Filling Equipment
This equipment is specially designed for liquid filling and flushing of liquid-cooled servers (L10) and liquid-cooled cabinets (L11) prior to testing. It supports simultaneous filling and flushing for two cabinets or two nodes. The system integrates turbidity, pH, and conductivity sensors, along with a 25 μm precision filter, enabling real-time water quality monitoring. It adopts a dual-pump redundant configuration with variable frequency control, ensuring high reliability. The maximum flow rate reaches 324 L/min, with a control accuracy of ±1%, meeting diverse cleaning and flushing requirements. The equipment is powered by a Siemens PLC control system. Test duration and judgment criteria can be flexibly configured according to different product types. It is equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen and a 12.1-inch LCD display for real-time monitoring of test parameters and result evaluation. An integrated industrial PC with pre-installed upper-level control software enables communication with client ATE systems via a standard RJ45 interface. The default communication protocol is Modbus TCP/IP.
