L10/L11 Pressure Leak Testing Equipment

The L10/L11 Pressure Leak Testing Equipment is designed for online leak testing of server nodes. It features a high-precision leak detector with integrated monitoring of air source temperature, pressure, and ambient temperature/humidity. A two-stage filtration system ensures safe and reliable air supply. The system can test up to four nodes simultaneously and offers a simple structure, high integration, precise instrumentation, and excellent reliability.

Controlled via a Siemens PLC, test durations and pass/fail criteria can be flexibly configured based on the product type. The system includes a 7-inch display and a 12.1-inch LCD monitor for real-time parameter monitoring and result evaluation. The integrated computer comes pre-installed with host software capable of communicating with client ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) programs via a standard RJ45 interface, using Modbus TCP/IP as the default protocol.
