The energy storage cold plate consists of a base plate and a cover plate, both made from AL3003 aluminum alloy. The base plate is formed via stamping, while the cover plate is precision-cut using laser processing. Connecting ports are manufactured through a combination of machining and bending, and the entire cold plate body is integrated into a single unit through vacuum brazing. The fluid ports are then welded to the assembly, with inlet and outlet ports compatible with quick-connect couplings for convenient and rapid installation.
