IGBT Cold Plate
The IGBT cold plate features a main body composed of a base plate and a cover plate, both made from high-purity Copper T2. After precision machining, the base and cover plates are joined into a single, integrated unit via vacuum brazing. Internal flow channels are machined directly into the cold plate. UQD06 quick-connect couplings at the inlet and outlet allow for faster and more convenient installation.
