The optical module cold plate comprises the main body, internal flow channels, floating contact towers that interface with the optical modules, and inlet/outlet fluid ports. Its floating-structure design with built-in tolerance compensation enables integrated cooling for multiple optical modules arranged in a single row. The coolant flows through the internal channels, absorbing heat generated by the optical modules during operation, before exiting to the cooling system, providing precise temperature control for the modules.
