Hard Disk Drive Cold Plate
The HDD cold plate consists of the cold plate body, inlet and outlet piping, internal fluid channels, and embedded copper plates in contact with the heat source. The cold plate body is manufactured using flow-channel design combined with vacuum brazing technology. Pure copper is used as the heat transfer substrate, and the optimized channel design ensures low flow resistance and low thermal resistance for highly efficient heat dissipation.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
◆Single HDD power: 11W × 112 units.
◆Multiple HDDs share one cold plate to reduce leakage risk.
◆Compatible with multiple quick connectors.
◆High thermal conductivity copper material.
◆Overall brazing process for high reliability.
